Description

A way to transmit data between multiple dimensions would be incredibly useful for things like mining outposts in other dimensions or sending information to friends you have stationed in other dimensions.
I believe this would best be implemented by a large satellite dish multiblock, as it would look cool and make somewhat sense.

Additional Details

Having a configuration for what dimensions can transmit where would also be really useful for pack developers and such.

Suggest name "Subspace Communicator", crafted with an end crystal alongside some moderately expensive materials from II. Should require player to go to the nether at least (via end crystal, requires ghast tear and blaze powder).
