Sometimes, when you hold LMB shoot from a gun, you simply stop shooting and need to pull away from mouse button up to few seconds before shooting like normal

Description

Exactly what's on tin. Under a gun I mean Rifles and Assault Rifle

Reproduction

1. Press LMB with the loaded gun
2. Sometimes the gun might stop
3. Quickly clicking to shoot doesn't work anymore, and you need to pull away up to few seconds to shoot again like normally

Expected Behaviour

Why is this delay there in the first place?

Usually the main cause of this is when you point at the block, but after that it could happen even if you don't look at any block
