Expose packed recovery Markdown through structuredContent for lcm_pack_context while keeping the existing MCP text content unchanged. Codex Desktop can now recover context when it surfaces the structured tool result.
Validation:
Risk: the structured result now includes the same bounded Markdown already returned in text content. Storage and retrieval behavior are unchanged.
