Thanks for fixing this, @emlynsg! It partially reverts the changes made in #453: in ruff 0.15.4, D420 forced the Notes section to appear before the Attributes section, whereas in ruff 0.15.5, D420 forces the opposite. I suppose that's the nature of using preview rules! Perhaps we should consider opening another PR to disable preview rules in our ruff configuration.
