The version bump for 0.30.0 (AGENTS.md release step 2), after #43:
Cargo.toml,Cargo.lock, the action'sversion:in the README andsite/src/ci.md, the pre-commitrev:, the plugin's and the npm package's versions (JEVGATE_WRITE_PACKAGES=1 cargo test packages), andCHANGELOG.md's Unreleased section renamed to[0.30.0] - 2026-09-28, with a release intro and a heading for each roadmap version's part, a new empty Unreleased section and the compare links. Release step 1 (JevGate's own check with every rule) passed on #43's head with no review or consider left.
