Privacy & security

Ghostly uses established cryptographic protocols and libraries from the Signal ecosystem rather than implementing custom cryptography.

  • Compatibility with the underlying Signal/Molly architecture

Cryptography should use established, reviewed libraries and protocols—not custom algorithms.
