Once unzipped, read the readme.txt file for instructions on bypassing macOS Gatekeeper security (required for non-App Store applications). Once you followed the instructions and got the permissions right, run start-benchHUB to launch 2 terminal windows on macOS. One displays the benchHUB ASCII art logo and tells you to wait for packages to install. A second window shows the progression of the install but it might be blank for up to a minute hence the warning from the first window. It contains the benchmarker that provides a choice of a light, standard or heavy test of your hardware to benchmark it. You also have the option to share this benchmark on a leaderboard or just get the results locally. The local results are stored in a json file. Each test you run is given a unique ID number that you can use online to see where your anonymised test ranks on the leaderboard, if you shared it. We hope you contribute so we can track various hardware configurations and their performance. Feel free to browse all the source code and contribute. Thanks for your support.

What's New in v1.0.1:

Fixed scoring system - benchmarks now show realistic scores under 1000
Resolved application launch issues on macOS
Improved user experience with cleaner terminal output
Enhanced security for the online leaderboard
Requirements: macOS 10.15+ (optimised for Apple Silicon)
