Support icons

• Regular link buttons now display a favicon (auto-detected from the URL, with DuckDuckGo fallback).
• Users can also choose a custom image or disable the icon via a new picker in the link editor.
• New btn-accent style that tints the entire button background with a color extracted from its favicon (at 20% opacity)
