Updates on controllers and embedded code of ORION

Created the tools pacakges for SLAM, Navigation and Teleoperation of ORION.

Changes included

  • Added orion_navigation for basic usage of nav2.
  • Added orion_slam for integrating the usage of slam_toolbox and cartographer.
  • Added orion_teleoperation for stamped teleoperation.

Testing implemented

  • Compiled and run on two PCs with Ubuntu 24.04 with different capabilities.
  • Pacakges were tested with both real and simulated robot.

Additional comments

Cartographer may need further exploration, mainly when integrating sim on GZ due to transform delays.
