Upgrade rdf-reasoner-konclude from 0.6.8 to 0.6.9. Remove the fileURLToPath patch (now integrated upstream). Update test expectations for v0.6.9's echo-free output (classify 13→12, materialize 70→53). Fix all pre-existing TypeScript strict-mode errors across the codebase: worker payload typing, ShaclEntry severity mapping, generic constraints, missing interface members, zustand store types, UI component types, webworker references, and test fixture shapes.
Each axiom in the explanation tooltip now shows both the formal DL notation and an italic human-readable line below it, with labels looked up from the unified search entity cache at hover time.
