Make the Way tree the Article Lab index

What changed

• makes primary Start open the expandable Way tree at /way/
• removes separate The Way and Article Lab entries from primary navigation
• adds one Open Article Lab link inside each of the eight matching Rights Article disclosures
• emits no Lab link for units without a reviewed Article Lab record
• routes homepage, Start guidance, search fallback, Article Two, and Lab breadcrumbs through the Way tree
• keeps /start/, /lab/, and direct /lab/<unit>/ URLs stable for compatibility

Architecture

The Way tree is now the Article Lab index. A title expands to exact canon text; where a reviewed Lab exists, the same expanded unit offers its Lab detail page. Canon and interpretation remain visibly separate without forcing readers into a second index.

Validation

• GitHub Pull Request workflow #69 passed with live canon, Chromium, and accessibility checks
• 31 repository/static tests passed
• Chromium verifies Start → Way tree, eight attached Lab links, exact-text expansion, and Lab detail access
• all 15 automated accessibility routes passed
• mobile open-state render inspected at 393 × 851
• branch is two focused commits ahead of current main, zero behind, with exactly twelve intended files
• skill-lib boundary checked: source-derived canon is unchanged; no new module or doctrine was introduced

Generic Lab routes are still generated for every canon unit, but the Way tree intentionally exposes only the eight reviewed Rights Article Labs. The old /start/ and /lab/ indexes remain compatibility routes rather than primary navigation destinations.
