fix(site): reconcile post-merge export and Gonol receipt defects

Outcome

Repairs the eleven unresolved review findings that remained after website PRs #35 and #36 were merged.

Site-wide field exports

• serializes headings, links, lists, emphasis, code, and destinations as actual Markdown instead of renaming clipboard text;
• removes the extracted title from PDF body text so the synthetic heading is not duplicated;
• recognizes Four Cuts .m-title and .ref-title elements for filenames and accessible labels;
• reserves linked-card space for the expanded three-button action group.

Public Gonol receipts

• adds a narrow reconciliation layer that waits for current debounced/asynchronous state and captures download before the superseded handler can emit stale JSON;
• declares HTML textarea CRLF/CR-to-LF normalization instead of claiming recoverable original UTF-8 bytes;
• adopts the exact merged UCNS strict schema bytes;
• carries producer Git blob, all false non-transfer boundaries, derived-layer visibility, full-state SHA-256 receipt identity, candidate identity, exact pair slots/order, and declared occurrence-vector dimension names;
• pins the merged producer and strict schema identities in the publication record and drift gate.

• exact strict-schema SHA-256 and structure checks;
• strengthened producer/schema drift validation.

Scope boundary

This does not select continuous Möbius geometry, seven-form geometry, higher-gonol composition, the English lexical floor, or the hyperdimensional embedding law. The reconciliation layer converts an existing browser representation into the strict portable receipt boundary only.
