Refresh the report body before advancing its source commit
At the newly cited 69cb02e state, experiments/results/2026-08-16-recovered-dissonance-controlled-v0.1.0.json already selects the normalized candidate for external evaluation, and the external packet and evaluator are frozen, yet this report still calls freezing and running that next candidate future actions and identifies 0b9639d as the latest milestone. Because the portfolio aggregator trusts this repo-owned report rather than reconstructing changes, advancing only this pointer causes the derived portfolio to present completed work as pending and omit the new evidence; update the status, delivered/frontier/action fields (and generation date) to describe 69cb02e, or retain the previous source commit.

Refresh the repo-owned work-graph report to the exact cited main state. The report commit is coordination metadata and does not upgrade runtime, mathematical, semantic, empirical, measurement, deployment, or theorem standing.\n\nValidated together with the explicit seven-repository portfolio projection under skill-lib@b4234ca; projection identity:
