The skill-lib drift checker found the EPAC skill directories byte-identical but correctly rejected the vendored set because
msdmdreferences shareddoctrine/msdmd-checks.mdand that canonical dependency was absent. Vendor the exact file fromThe-Interdependency/skill-lib@8dfb974ea0cee72e4412f9d2c8b597a8930a4d57rather than weakening the checker.
