All 15 affected tests passed in 386.73 seconds; 203 tests collected. The previous head passed all six 199-test private installations and downloaded evidence independently matched Git. Fresh exact-head CI is starting. Owner-selected license and final release qualification remain pending; this draft does not claim graduation. |

Nine simple and three input-binding tests pass. The full affected suite passed 39 tests before an obsolete five-versus-nine boundary/control assertion failed; that assertion is corrected and the remaining tests are now rerunning. CI requires 208 tests for each wheel/sdist install on Python 3.10/3.11/3.12. Licensing and stable graduation remain pending. |

All 10 targeted tests pass in 5.19 seconds, with 13 mismatched-input scenarios. Real build/Twine and initial/final source gates plus independent metadata verification pass (187 Git files, 194 archived files, 64 wheel files). The suite remains 208 tests. A fresh six-install matrix is starting. The preceding private Stack consumer passed all nine molecule replays and 14 FALSIFIED standings, bound to ce03cde private bytes and clean Stack e9454b1; it remains historical preparation, not final licensed qualification. The owner license choice is still pending. |

Thirteen targeted gate/audit tests passed69.91s; four gate tests also passed on Python3.10.20 in21.76s. Seventeen bad input cases and fifteen invalid manifest/license cases reject, while the complete fixture passes. A synthetic license fixture produced byte-identical normalized artifacts/manifest across umasks022/077 and passed both gates and independent verification; it does not grant EPAC release qualification. A real canonical private build/Twine/source binding passes189Git/196archived/64wheel files. The suite collects209tests; a fresh six-install matrix is starting. No stable release or authority transfer is claimed. |

All 21 targeted tests pass (77.51 seconds); four gate tests also pass on Python 3.10.20 (37.77 seconds). There are 17 mismatched-input and 23 invalid manifest/license/checksum scenarios plus valid controls. Real clean build, Twine, initial/final input binding and independent gates pass (189 Git/196 archived/64 wheel files). A synthetic license fixture builds byte-identically under umasks022/077; it provides no actual EPAC distribution rights or release qualification. The fresh six-install209-test matrix is starting. Owner license selection, licensed final candidate qualification, publication, public Stack reconsumption and the authority transition remain pending. |

Render all attachment slots in the SVG
When a caller renders a valid SpiralScene containing more than six attachment slots, this slice silently omits every later slot even though the legend reports the full attachment count. The resulting SVG therefore presents incomplete attachment evidence; render every slot or explicitly show and label the overflow.

Keep harmonic evidence on the constructed isotope
When construct_subatomic_gonol("Ar") runs, its atomic record and nucleus use the declared default Ar-40, but _harmonic_rows() matches candidates only by the Ar- prefix, so this newly added Ar-36 participant causes Ar-36 alpha, N/Z, spin-parity, and inversion outcomes to be written into the Ar-40 receipt's harmonic-surviving field. This makes the expanded subatomic evidence internally inconsistent; filter harmonic participants by the constructed mass number or support an explicit isotope instance rather than transferring Ar-36 results to Ar-40.

@codex review Please review exact head CI now uses managed CPython3.11.15 and the pinned release builder in every Python3.10/3.11/3.12 job. Thus all six wheel/sdist installs will consume normalized release artifacts; independent acceptance requires every uploaded asset to match the same locally reproduced four-asset candidate. The full source/installed/manifest/checksum/XML/standing gates remain in force. Two local builds across umasks022/077, the fresh full matrix and prepublication Stack acceptance are being qualified. No release or authority transfer is claimed yet. Preceding625e537 had a clean exact-commit review, six209-test private installs without skips, independently accepted downloaded evidence, and a passing private Stack consumer covering nine molecules and14 FALSIFIED standings. That remains historical after the licensed source and CI changes. |

EPAC's extracted source depended on forge checkout paths and omitted subsequent research. This change packages the public modules, subatomic and visualization packages, and data resources; carries the 45-file continuation from Stack
0e8384bbb60e4c2189016a212bdd0030d04aed7d; and binds UCNS to accepted source6eea1828a34ed8ec99879f8090ea5d48352d8c2dthrough the exact archive and 34 module hashes. The package supports nine molecular formulas and subatomic constructions through krypton. Repairs preserve stoichiometric multiplicity and carried receipt structure, isolate mutable cached evidence, keep comparison scoring on the frozen preregistered population, and propagate missing or failed prerequisite evidence. The operation inventory covers every packaged module and initializer export. It retains known structural boundary relevance while keeping 11 unmeasured operation effects unknown. Three actual readouts refine the 16-class quotient to 21 classes; two singleton refinements reproduce that finite partition. No descriptor is promoted. Historical receipts and all 14 FALSIFIED molecular standings are preserved.
Release tooling binds clean Git source, pinned toolchain/runtime/compressor, license bytes, UCNS lock, and exact artifact hashes. Before archived tests or verifiers execute, replay checks complete source coverage, wheel payload and installer metadata, every source-derived manifest field, duplicate JSON keys, the exact asset set and canonical SHA256SUMS. It verifies unchanged source and installed distributions, import origins, XML outcomes and each consumed artifact's identity. Final licensing requires an owner-selected SPDX expression, the sole LICENSE file, and removal of unresolved LICENSE_STATUS.md.
Validation at
625e537701292179cdd8027c95ab87bf54aefa37: exact-commit review reports no major issues, and all earlier threads are resolved. CI and CodeQL pass. Six clean private wheel/sdist installs on Python 3.10–3.12 each pass 209 tests without skips. Downloaded bundles independently match Git, installed payloads, XML and all 14 literal FALSIFIED standings; acceptance SHA-2566e60f2bb969a331ba70f295fbd66c25146b0922ed9fe075629d48dae5f132b88. Twenty-one targeted gate/audit tests also pass, including 17 invalid-input and 23 manifest/license/checksum cases; four gate tests pass on Python 3.10. A synthetic license fixture produces identical normalized bytes under umasks 022/077 and passes source and independent checks. It grants no actual EPAC distribution rights. The same source passes the private Stack consumer at clean Stack
e9454b1de8602c8dba8bc968d809fe3238655a0d, covering all nine molecular replays and 14 FALSIFIED standings. Its wheel SHA-256 isee5ed1219013080b4fa5f382f8344541677ea1f6597d36179d6a1b83e4eb290c; consumption receipt SHA-256 is6a1f98a8d9e64c34e9a10a6fe379853c6c8de3404443d9cd42d87c36bb11b84d.This remains a draft because the owner has not selected EPAC's license. Final licensed immutable candidate qualification, same-candidate Stack verification before publication, immutable publication, public reconsumption, forge retirement and the scoped authority-transition receipt remain pending. Publication and authority-transition work are authorized. Private tests do not complete the license or graduation gates, and no empirical, physics, proof, geometry, semantic or upstream-license standing transfers.
