Reuses the Interdependent Way public stylesheet and layout language for the pubskill web surface: dark night/starlight palette, circular brand mark, Georgia headings, status pills, cards, hmmm boundary, mobile-friendly audit form, and evidence findings. Audit and payment behavior are unchanged.
