Bind claims to the stack-pinned METAPAT source
This records METAPAT at d6699e21..., but the root manifest and research/metapat/BASE.json pin 34d954aa..., and the newer commit is not represented in libs/metapat/. Consequently, the semantic contributions attributed to METAPAT cannot be audited from this stack checkout and stack-level provenance now has two conflicting source identities. Either use the existing pinned commit or refresh the manifest, canonical view, and base record together.

Make the H4 survival rule independent of its own control
When this rule evaluates matched-support episodes, the candidate-capture gate already requires host outcome to be at least 0.15 worse than the matched-support control. The evaluated condition is therefore also the condition that makes it fail the capture conjunction, allowing H4 to survive without demonstrating preserved revision or exit—even if both collapse. Use direct revision/exit criteria or a comparator independent of the matched-support cohort.

Moreover, reproduction demand is a fixed pattern-profile input, so independent support cannot reduce it; the measurable outcome is reproduction allocation. Include persistence and reproduction-allocation reductions in the rule or narrow the hypothesis accordingly.

Declare the threshold model before freezing the design
The design can declare H2 SURVIVED using a “threshold/interaction model,” but it never specifies the threshold predictor, breakpoint rule, or piecewise form; the factorial design only declares categorical match/reinforcement conditions and a fixed exposure duration. Choosing those model details during implementation or after simulation output is available permits materially different conclusions from the same data, so the claimed nonlinear-coalescence test is not preregistered reproducibly.

The analysis plan requires a SURVIVED, FALSIFIED, UNRESOLVED, or BLOCKED status for every H1–H6 hypothesis, but H6 supplies only a condition labeled “Falsifier of specificity” and no rule mapping outcomes to H6's own status. The independent verifier therefore cannot deterministically populate the required H6 ledger entry, and implementations may invert whether evidence for the broad-spectrum alternative counts as H6 survival or falsification.

This rule compares a high-demand pattern with the distinct matched-support pattern after withdrawal, so a 0.15 difference can be caused by their different demands, costs, or ordinary decay rates rather than hysteresis. It never compares the same host-pattern system at the same zero-exposure condition before and after exposure, nor estimates separate entry and exit thresholds. H3 can therefore survive without demonstrating the path dependence the preregistration calls hysteresis.

Add the required destructive controls to the frozen matrix
The required controls include a persistent habit with no lineage reproduction and reproduction driven by an explicit external reward, but neither has a pattern profile or factor in the declared factorial matrix. The future condition generator must therefore either omit mandatory controls or introduce undeclared conditions after the design is supposedly frozen, preventing the verifier from deterministically deciding whether the measurement prerequisite passed.
