Create 8-phase planning structure following jido_os pattern: - Phase 1: Core Ash Resource Integration (UI.Screen, UI.Element, UI.Binding) - Phase 2: IUR Adapter and Canonical Conversion (Ash IUR → unified_iur) - Phase 3: Data Binding and Signal Mapping (Ash → unified-ui signals) - Phase 4: Runtime and LiveView Integration (mount_ui_screen, lifecycle) - Phase 5: Authorization and Policy Enforcement (Ash policies) - Phase 6: Compiler and DSL Integration (unified-ui compiler) - Phase 7: Renderer Package Integration (live_ui, web_ui, desktop_ui) - Phase 8: Governance Gates and Release Readiness (CI, conformance) Each phase includes: - Section descriptions - Task and subtask breakdown with checkboxes - Integration test sections Total: 8 phases, 42 sections, ~300 subtasks
