Patch release carrying the first-run guidance fix from #63.

What ships

init now closes by naming the one command that ends with the map on screen (npx agent-runtime-map watch .) — both paths, both languages. The README (both languages) opens its usage section with that command and links to it from the header; the Action section stays directly below as the way to keep the map current.

This matters for the release specifically: the README is the npm package page, which is what a user reads before installing. The guidance only reaches real users once it is published.
