Patch release carrying #67.

What ships

• Chinese capabilities reach the map. Two-character headings (选题, 成片) are capabilities again; Han runs are split into whole-term-plus-2-grams by one splitter both the reader and the matcher use; the Latin length floor applies only to Latin.
• No borrowed names. A capability can no longer claim an entry on a word from its description — an entry called 自动重试 used to match 成片.
• Capabilities without a route match. A project whose logic is exported functions has no entrypoint node; a capability's name inside a step now counts as strong evidence.
• The feature list leads with documented capabilities. Internal entry points move behind an "Other entry points" disclosure. A project that documents nothing keeps its flat list.

Patch rather than minor: no API changes — the published CLI package declares only bin. The feature list's default presentation does change for projects that document capabilities, which is the point of the release and is described in the changelog.
