Publishes current Forgejo-backed source and switches internal deps from the Forgejo Cargo registry to pinned GitHub git sources on this same branch. Rebased onto main's clippy fix; resolved a trivial conflict in peer_store.rs (equivalent rename, kept main's variant) and removed the resulting unused Reverse import. Part of the Forgejo registry deprecation sequence.
