Track recurring habits with streaks and analytics.
Habits are recurring activities you want to build into your routine. Unlike tasks with due dates, habits focus on consistency over time.
- Navigate to the Habits view
- Press
ato add a new habit - Enter the habit name
- Select the frequency
- Press
Enterto save
| Frequency | Description |
|---|---|
| Daily | Complete every day |
| Weekly | Complete once per week |
| Every N Days | Complete every N days (e.g., every 3 days) |
Mark a habit as done for today:
- Select the habit
- Press
xorSpaceto check in
The habit will show as completed for the current day.
Streaks track consecutive completions:
- Current streak: How many times in a row you've completed the habit
- Best streak: Your longest streak ever
Exercise Day 12 (Best: 45)
Read for 30 minutes Day 3 (Best: 21)
The Habits view shows:
- All active habits
- Completion status for today
- Current and best streaks
- Completion rate percentage
Shows what percentage of expected completions you've made:
Completion Rate = (Actual Completions / Expected Completions) x 100
For a daily habit over 30 days with 25 check-ins: 83.3%
Archive habits you no longer want to track:
- Select the habit
- Press
A(capital A) to archive
Archived habits are hidden from the main view but preserved for history.

- Start small - Begin with 1-2 habits, add more as they become routine
- Be specific - "Exercise 30 minutes" is better than "Exercise"
- Stack habits - Link new habits to existing routines
- Don't break the chain - Streaks are powerful motivation
