Upgraded .NET 3.1 to .NET 8
Refactored the UI; added single-instance enforcement
Normalized line endings to CRLF
Added languages: zh_TW, zh_CN, ja_JP
Added system tray integration
Added reset settings control and apply button on the settings dialog
Added/updated the Input Overlay theme
Added resize, opacity, and lock for the overlay
Fixed the font download link not opening the browser correctly
Fixed the restart button
Removed all mouse-hover tooltips
