Roda o CI numa matriz de Python (3.12 e 3.13) - #12

Cobertura, relatório HTML e a publicação no GitHub Pages continuam rodando só na 3.12, pra não duplicar o upload desses artifacts a cada execução — as duas versões rodam a suíte completa de testes, lint, typecheck e pip-audit.

Com a matriz, os nomes dos checks mudam de
testparatest (3.12)etest (3.13). A proteção da branchmasterhoje exige literalmente o checktest, que não vai mais existir depois desse merge — vou atualizar a configuração via API assim que o CI desse PR rodar e eu confirmar os nomes exatos dos novos checks, senão nenhum PR futuro conseguiria mergear (o check exigido nunca apareceria).Plano de teste
