Duas metas em codecov.yml: código novo/alterado em cada PR (patch) precisa vir 100% coberto, e a cobertura total do projeto (project) não pode cair mais de 1 ponto percentual — margem pequena só pra não travar por arredondamento. Complementa o pip-audit, que já bloqueia por segurança; agora também bloqueia por qualidade de teste.

O Codecov reporta esses status como
codecov/project/defaultecodecov/patch/default(documentação oficial), mas — pela mesma lição da matriz de Python — vou confirmar o nome exato que aparece de verdade neste PR antes de adicionar como check obrigatório em Settings → Branches. Só depois disso o gate passa a bloquear merge de fato; até lá, ele aparece no PR mas não impede nada.Plano de teste
