Cria o README.en.md, com links entre as duas versões no topo, e um teste que falha se as duas divergirem em seções, comandos ou links. No README em português, corrige a frase sobre o subconjunto @smoke, que tinha ficado emendada no meio de outra, e troca os exemplos de credenciais e de branch por valores iguais nas duas versões.

OREADME.mdem português continua sendo o principal, que o GitHub exibe ao abrir o repositórioFuncionalidade= Feature etc.)tests/unit/test_readme_sync.py: falha se as duas versões divergirem nas seções (níveis de título), nos comandos (blocos de código, ignorando comentários, que são traduzidos) ou nos links.
