This PR creates a little animation to help verify the joint angle action space.

Please run

cd pyrobot-rl
python src/testing_environment.py

@Tiga002 I am not sure whether the Gazabo simulator has the same behaviors (the directions and moving speed). You can take a try of the same script but with gazebo environment to see if anything different.
