Data: replace MC estimates (supply use without both upgrades, staff-only rates) #28
Follow-up to #6. These MC business (Cocaine, Meth, Cash, Weed, Documents) values are not on gta.wiki (The Open Road), the fandom wiki or GTABase, and a web search found no tested figures:
Supplies used per unit (units from one full supply bar) with no upgrades, equipment only, or staff only. Only the value with both upgrades is listed.
Staff upgrade without equipment: minutes per unit and unit value.
Since #29, LSOS tracks these on marked estimates (decision 013), using rules taken from the Bunker's sourced data:
With equipment, supply use is the same as with both upgrades.
Without equipment, supplies last half as long.
Staff only works like equipment only.
The UI labels every affected number "(est.)". Values measured in game (with a date) should replace the estimates. For example: note supplies and stock on the laptop, play a timed stretch, note them again.
Bunker staff split and research moved to #33. Meth's 2h 30m vs 8 × 18 min: decided to keep the per-bin time.
