Settings: ownership as a labelled toggle instead of an "Own …" checkbox #31

Came up while reviewing #29.

In Settings → Properties (and the Businesses gear), each property currently has a checkbox labelled "Own ". Change it to:

• the business name as the row label, and
• a toggle button next to it, whose state is unmistakable at a glance: e.g. "Owned" (accent, filled) vs "Not owned" (muted, outlined), with aria-pressed. Not a bare switch whose on/off side the user has to guess.

Upgrades still appear only once owned (decision 011). Update #/kit and decision 011's UI line.
