What this does

Adds a new Timers tab for cooldowns that run on real time and keep counting while LSOS is closed (decision 022):

  • Lucky Wheel: "Spun" starts a 24-hour countdown to the next spin (gta.wiki, Lucky Wheel).
  • Mansion boost: the Mansion is now an owned property (Settings). While you own one, you pick an eligible business that is owned and running and press "Activated". The business it boosted last time is left out, because the game doesn't allow back-to-back boosts. The boosted business makes stock 3× as fast for 24 real hours, and the next boost is ready 24 h after the last one started (gta.wiki, Prix Luxury AI Concierge and Mansions).
  • Business production applies the boost. Play time is cut at the boost's real-time start and end, the same way it is for the Acid Lab boost. Supply use per unit stays the same. The business card shows "Mansion boost ×3 ends in", and its forecast includes the boost. When it stacks with the Acid Lab's own boost, no source gives the combined speed, so the numbers are marked "(est.)".
  • Correcting by hand: click either countdown to type the time left (decision 010). Editable times now show as h:mm:ss like every other countdown, so you can see them tick. They accept 21:30, 21:30:15, 5h 30m, 5h, 30m or plain minutes. After "Spun" or "Activated", an Undo for that press shows in the card's footer.
  • Saved state version 11 adds timers, with a migration test.
  • Shared base components: the label-and-value row was copied into the business, safe, Money Fronts and nightclub warehouse cards, each with its own CSS. It is now ui/Fact. The Settings upgrade dropdown and the Timers business pick share ui/Select. Both are in the #/kit preview. Further cleanup is UI consolidation and improvement #60.

The research is posted on #14 and the source on #13.

How to check it

  • Timers tab: press "Spun", then click the countdown and type a different time left, e.g. 3:00 or 5h 30m.
  • Settings: mark a Mansion and a Bunker as owned. On Timers, pick the Bunker and press "Activated". On Businesses, the Bunker card shows the boost countdown, and its stock rises 3× as fast while play time runs.
  • After the boost ends, the Bunker isn't offered for the next one.
  • Acid Lab: with its own boost and the Mansion boost both on, the numbers show "(est.)".
  • The Businesses, Safes and Settings tabs look the same as before.

Checklist

  • npm run verify passes
  • Game data added or changed here has a source (see docs/decisions/004-game-data.md)
  • README / CLAUDE.md updated if usage or workflow changed

A new Timers tab for cooldowns on real time (decision 022):

- Lucky Wheel: "Spun" starts a 24-hour countdown to the next spin.
- Mansion boost: pick an owned, running business (not the one boosted
last time) and press "Activated". It makes stock 3x as fast for 24 real
hours, and the next boost is ready 24 hours after the last one started.
Business production and forecasts apply the boost. On top of the Acid
Lab's own boost the speed is an estimate.

Both countdowns can be corrected as time left and have an Undo. The
Mansion becomes an owned property. Saved state version 11 adds `timers`.

The label-and-value row was copied into five cards (business, safe,
Money Fronts, nightclub warehouse, now Timers), each with its own CSS. It
is now one base component, `Fact`. The upgrade dropdown in Settings and
the business pick on the Timers tab share `Select`. Both are in the
component kit.

Timers now follows the Acid Lab boost layout: "Boost ready" with a plain
button, and Undo in the row of what it takes back.

- Editable time left shows h:mm:ss like every Countdown, so it visibly
  runs. It reads h:mm, h:mm:ss, "5h 30m", "5h", "30m" or plain minutes,
and the hint gives an example with two-digit hours.
- Mansion card: a plain "Boosting: <business>" row. Undo for a spin or a
boost moves to the card's footer strip, and each card keeps its own.
