What this does
Adds the
weekly-updateskill (.claude/skills/weekly-update/SKILL.md), which a Claude Code scheduled task runs every Thursday at 16:00 UTC in a fresh session. It finds the newest gta.wiki weekly page, stops if that week is already insrc/data/weekly.tsor has an open PR, stops without writing if the page is still incomplete (no Standard Bonuses or Discounts, or Gun Van / Salvage Yard / Prize Ride missing), and otherwise replacessrc/data/weekly.tsfollowingdocs/weekly-update.mdand opens a PRWeekly events: <title>onclaude/weekly-<title>.Decided: every weekly PR is reviewed and merged by hand (no auto-merge); one run per week, an incomplete page is re-run by hand. Recorded in decision 027.
