This PR introduces TopoToolbox's GRIDobj as an own S3 class. Additionally, it introduces helper functions to handle the new class, e.g. plotting, transformations into a geotiff or predictor matrix, dimension extraction, logical operations, etc.
Documentation for each new function was introduced and updated for existing ones where changes occurred.
Unit tests were updated where necessary.
