feat: add topsort search resolver
This PR adds topsort search resolver
This PR changes the app name in the constant file from `search-resolver` to `auctions`, as part of enabling the application to read the settings from the `topsortpartnercl.auctions` app.
This PR removes the API keys from the Auctions IO, and it retrieves the information from the Topsort Services IO .
fix: change "(sponsored)" for "(ad)" - [x] Change "(sponsored)" for "(ad)" - [x] Make it configurable from app settings (test or prod)
