This lab documents the Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) identity lifecycle process for user accounts in Microsoft Entra ID.

Joiner

Provisioned new user accounts in the organization.

Mover

User transferred from the IT department to the HR department. Updated job role and access assignments to reflect the user’s new responsibilities.

During the department transfer, user roles and group memberships were updated to align with HR responsibilities while maintaining the assigned P2 license.

Leaver

Removed user access and deprovisioned account after employee departure.
