Es kommt leider gelegentlich dazu, dass bei Träwelling vereinzelte Halte in Fahrten als Ausfall markiert werden, obwohl diese nicht ausfallen und das in keiner öffentlich einsehbaren Auskunft so veröffentlich ist. Die Daten übernehmen wir von Transitous. Dieses Issue soll dazu dienen, solche Fälle zu sammeln, damit man das besser debuggen kann.
Wenn du fehlerhafte Fahrtausfälle bei uns findest schreibe bitte hier einen Kommentar mit mindestens folgenden Infos:
- Ist der Ausfall wirklich in keiner Auskunft so zu sehen? (In DE z.B. DB Navigator, lokale Verbundsauskunft, ...)
- Infos zur Fahrt: Datum, Linie, Abfahrtsuhrzeit an einer Station, damit man die Fahrt besser finden kann.
- Screenshot vom Fahrtverlauf bei Träwelling mit Ausfällen (Am besten aus dem Checkin-prozess, wo alle Halte aufgelistet sind. Da sieht man am meisten.)
- Screenshot, dass die Halte auch bei Transitous ausfallen.
- Idealerweise auch die Fahrt-ID von Transitous.
Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that Träwelling marks some stops on routes as “cancelled,” even though they are not actually cancelled and this information is not published in any publicly available source. We obtain our data from Transitous. This issue is intended to collect such cases so that we can better troubleshoot them.
If you find incorrect trip cancellations on our platform, please post a comment here with at least the following information:
- Is the cancellation really not listed in any public schedule? (In Germany, e.g., DB Navigator, local transit authority schedules, etc.)
- Trip details: Date, line, departure time from a station, so we can more easily identify the trip.
- A screenshot of the trip route on Träwelling showing the cancellations (preferably from the check-in process, where all stops are listed; that’s where you can see the most details).
- A screenshot showing that the stops are also canceled on Transitous.
- Ideally, also the trip ID from Transitous.
