PlotGeneSets would fail if the GO functional annotations could not be calculated even if wordcloud = F was specified in the parameters.
I removed 2 redundant lines that forced the calculation of GO terms before checking the wordcloud status.
This function now seems to work in all 8 cases of uniquePathways = T|F, doORA = T|F, wordcloud = T|F.
