The main change is to improve auto brightness. Slight tweaks to the status bar and added other things.

This patch suppresses crashes of the telephony of Lenovo Legion Y700 2023. Since the Y700 does not have a modem, it keeps crashing continuously when telephony tries to access a modem HAL that does not exist.
