Add resources for Galaxy A55 5G

I remade this overlay as the old repo was very cluttered and it was much easier to just make a new fork.

Features (slightly based on Galaxy A54 overlay, shoutout to Pokey on his work):

• Dynamic FPS enabled by default (switching from 60hz to 120hz dynamically)
• Fixed holepunch
• Fixed status bar height similar to stock
• Fixed status bar padding like stock
• Fix Always-On-Display
• Default refresh rate is 120hz (though dynamic as mentioned before)
• Enable burn-in-protection
• Enable 25W Fast charging
• Fix autobrightness up to 1500 nits (from what I have checked)
• Add power profile to prevent overheating and to prevent battery drain (and generally better performance than before)
• Generally a better experience than before
