• Upstream now skips production workflows (release, relay deploy, AUR, EAS production, Android APK mirror) outside pingdotgg/t3code; we take that gate because those jobs target upstream's infrastructure and the fork's runs were either no-ops or failing, while keeping GitHub-hosted runners since the fork no longer uses Blacksmith.
• The pnpm lockfile is taken from upstream and re-resolved so the fork's Dependabot bumps survive without hand-merging lock entries.
• Upstream rewrote the orchestrator, outbox, event ingestor, and turn start service around Effect.fn; we take that shape and re-apply the fork's dead-session interrupt scoping, restored command/turn metrics, and deleted-worktree recovery on top, so those behaviors keep working.
• The fork's queued-run hold for project-disabled providers is dropped in favor of upstream's identical implementation, which now covers it.
• The provider instance registry and settings watcher take upstream's new structure (traced constructors, settings re-read on each change) with the fork's named secret providers re-applied, so editing a secret provider still rebuilds only the instances that read through it.
• A disabled Claude provider still skips the CLI update lookup, since upstream does not do this yet.
• Upstream's new registry tests get the fork's wider registry interface and secret resolver, so they exercise the same layer the fork ships.
• The command palette drops a duplicate open-intent clear now that upstream clears it once up front, keeping folder drop to add a project.
• The model picker keeps the fork's reopen-where-you-left-it selection while adopting upstream's favorites-aware legacy model grouping.
• Pull request contracts take upstream's forward-compatible update methods and keep the fork's merge bypass field, so a refused merge still says why.
• The dev runner takes upstream's restructuring and keeps a worktree desktop dev app on its own Electron profile.
• Upstream's mobile thread screen used useCallback without importing it, which failed typecheck; fixed here so the branch stays green.
• Upstream's new lint rule requires Effect.fn for reusable Effect functions; fork-only secret resolver and worktree recreation functions are converted to comply.
