• Upstream pruned the TanStack header from the generated route tree by hand and regenerated it a day later, but the sync that pulled in the regeneration kept the fork's copy, so every later merge base carries the stale file and the dev server dirties the main checkout on every start.
• The sync skill now treats the route tree as generated output so a future sync cannot pin the fork's copy again.

Restores the TanStack Router auto-generation banner at the top of apps/web/src/routeTree.gen.ts, which had been dropped when an upstream sync kept a stale fork copy instead of the regenerated file.

Adds a Generated files subsection to the upstream sync skill so future merges treat routeTree.gen.ts as plugin output: accept the git merge result, commit any rewrite from Vite/tests, and never hand-merge or pin the fork’s version (that stale merge base was causing the dev server to dirty the checkout on every start).
