• Keeps the fork current with upstream so later syncs stay small and fork divergences keep applying cleanly.
• The CI setup action keeps the fork's SHA-pinned setup-vp while taking upstream's cache-hit skip, because the fork's Actions policy refuses unpinned actions and CI would not start otherwise.
• The Claude adapter takes upstream's subagent prompt cache environment and still passes the fork's settings env, so neither the cache TTL fix nor the fork's harness launch env is lost.
• Turn start keeps the fork's single settle-failure helper (it carries the worktree-recovery message the fork needs) and takes upstream's abandoned-turn recovery on top of it, rather than defining the helper twice.
• The list dependency patch was regenerated against upstream's new copy instead of hand-merged, so upstream's layout-pass cap lands and the fork's padding-restore fix from ledger 0012 still applies.
• ChatView takes upstream's split into hooks wholesale; the fork's only edits there were lint suppressions for an older toolchain that the current one no longer needs.

Upstream sync that reshapes mobile new-task navigation: the nested NewTaskSheet stack is removed in favor of a single Thread route that carries draft params, with picker/add-project/file routes promoted to the root stack and linking updated (restoreDraftLinkState, new/draft aliases). iOS workspace and native polish include split-column screen retention during dismiss, a native SidebarTabBar, bottomBarInset in layout metrics, Duo-aware compose placement and HORIZONTAL_FORM_SHEET_OPTIONS, composer editor fixes (caret restore when expanding collapsed overflow, scroll offset/selection reveal), and shared useRestingTopOffset for list scroll insets. Thread sidebar rows get layout animations, pending-task swipe/selection, and safer outbox delete holds.

CI and toolchain: the setup action bumps the Vite+ cache key with Node/pnpm versions and skips setup-vp on cache hit; desktop release drops the pinned VP_NODE_VERSION for SEA builds; .pnpmfile.cjs widens @voidzero-dev/vite-plus-core’s TypeScript peer to stop duplicate Vitest; packages call tsc instead of tsc-rs where noted. AGENTS.md documents cached typecheck and when fixes need tests vs captures.
