chore: sync with upstream pingdotgg/t3code main - #141

- Upstream merged its own version of the fork's telemetry endpoint source change (feat(web): telemetry export settings show where the running endpoint came from #131), and it also names the environment variable that set the endpoint, so the fork's copy is replaced by upstream's.
- Kept the fork's process resource attributes in the server config so ledger 0026 (telemetry says which app sent it) survives upstream's import reshuffle.
- Kept the fork's rule that PRs target this fork alongside upstream's new GitCafe mirror guidance, since both apply.
- Kept the fork's dev home path and desktop Electron profile note, and added upstream's worktree database seeding note, since the fork's dev runner still behaves that way.
- Regenerated the lockfile from upstream's so the fork's dependency bumps stay applied on top.

PR SummaryHigh Risk Overview Managed Codex / ChatGPT no longer passes tokens through Orchestration wakes the root Codex thread when a direct native subagent finishes after the parent turn ended (with tests for grandchildren, active second turns, and unprompted spawns). PR watches track owed non-required checks, emit a no-checks notice on GitHub after a quiet head, preserve watch state across re-watches, and accept GitCafe Mobile bumps app/Clerk versions, improves showcase capture (navigation, dev menu, CI agent-device), composer/toast UX, and small visual tweaks. Tooling/docs: devcontainer Node 26, marketing page title separators, patch version bumps for desktop/server/web. Reviewed by Cursor Bugbot for commit 27e118c. Showcase navigation leaves prior screens
Medium Severity
Scene changes now navigate onto SettingsSheet, ThreadTerminal, ThreadReview, or Thread instead of resetting the stack to that exact route. A settings sheet or earlier screen can stay presented when the capture path moves to another scene, so showcase shots can capture the wrong surface.
