• Upstream moved the command palette onto a shared store whose open intents seed the view at mount, so the fork's drop-a-folder path now travels through that store and opens the palette straight on the folder's confirmation instead of through the removed intent effect (ledger 0008).
• Upstream folded the extra providers and ACP registry into a collapsible section of the add-provider dialog, so the fork's secret-provider wiring on the local ACP environment editor moves into that section to keep secret references available there (ledger 0033).
• The fork's named unsettled-effect cancellation type already covers upstream's inline shape and adds the provider session, so it stays, alongside upstream's new delegated-completion run id.
• Upstream removed the desktop smoke test script, so its package script goes too, while the fork's dev stop script stays.
• The docs index takes upstream's new fx provider guide and keeps the fork's provider secrets guide link.
