• After rotating a provider's API key in the secret store, the check button on that variable reported the secret as resolved, but the provider stayed signed out with no models, so the only way out was a full provider refresh.
• A provider that started with the old key was still considered healthy, so nothing made it pick up the new value the check had just read.
