Repository navigation
feat(web): change a project's location from its settings - #193
When a repository moves on disk, the only way to point its project at the new folder was to remove and re-add it, losing the project's settings and thread grouping.
The server already accepts a new workspace root on project update, so the desktop folder picker is enough to expose it.
Medium Risk
Changes project workspaceRoot and settings navigation when paths change; incorrect updates could break project resolution until fixed, though scope matches existing rename/icon group update patterns.
Overview
Users can relocate a single-checkout project from project settings without removing and re-adding it, preserving settings and grouping.
A Change… control on the Location row opens the desktop folder picker (desktopBridge.pickFolder), persists the chosen path via the existing project update API (workspaceRoot added to group updates), and shows an error toast if the picker throws instead of silently treating that as cancel.
After a move, settings URL scope stays on the same project by tracking group members with stable environmentId:id refs and navigating to the updated checkout key when the old path no longer matches. Browser tests cover successful relocation (update + checkout search param) and picker failures.

Walkthrough
The project settings panel now offers a location picker when the representative checkout meets the environment and platform conditions. A selected location updates the workspace root for all group members.
ProjectGroupUpdate now accepts an optional workspaceRoot. The settings panel conditionally shows a Change button, handles picker cancellation, and updates all group members when the selected path differs from the current root. The button is disabled while a change is in progress or when the group is not editable.
TrogonStack/t3code#175: Adds the Location row that this change extends with a Change button and picker behavior.

Merge Risk: Low · previous review 762e8
The location picker can fail silently, leaving users unsure why their project location did not change. This is a low-risk usability issue suitable for a bounded follow-up.

…t picker failures
A move changes the checkout key the settings URL points at, which left the panel saying the project was gone.
