Summary

Align OpenLaunch with the Gitlawb Node Explorer aesthetic and the existing contributors site: Geist Mono, monochrome surfaces, thin borders, and restrained semantic colors.

Changes

  • Replace the blue hero and separate statistic cards with a compact centered introduction, one responsive statistics strip, and a bordered launch directory.
  • Restyle the shared header, navigation, buttons, token tiles, trending cards, and footer. Preserve existing search, sorting, pagination, live updates, wallet connections, and launch/trade flows.
  • Follow the system light/dark preference, including chart axes, gridlines, candles, loading placeholders, and filled-control text.
  • Add keyboard skip navigation and current-page indicators; adjust mobile controls, long token labels, loading layouts, and sticky offsets for the new header.
  • Add regression coverage for dark surfaces and WCAG AA contrast of text, status labels, and controls. Package manifests, the npm lockfile, contracts, APIs, and Fly deployment configuration are unchanged.

Test plan

  • cd app && bun test: 92 tests passed.
  • New theme tests fail against the previous stylesheet and pass with the redesign.
  • cd app && bun run --bun typecheck: passed.
  • cd app && bun run --bun lint: passed with the existing token Open Graph image warning.
  • cd app && bun run --bun build: passed with existing image-store tracing warnings.
  • Local production HTTP checks: /, /launch, /rules, /agents, /feed, and /me all returned 200.
  • git diff --check: passed.
  • Browser visual/interaction verification remains for review: no browser was available in the authoring session. Local HTTP checks used an unconfigured read-only environment; populated token pages and wallet transactions were not exercised.

Summary by CodeRabbit

  • New Features
    • Added system light/dark theme support with improved color contrast.
    • Added skip-link accessibility support and clearer navigation state indicators.
    • Added a network status bar displaying supported networks and the 0% platform fee.
    • Added a dedicated platform fee statistic.
  • UI Improvements
    • Refreshed the home page, launchpad, trading panels, charts, buttons, badges, and loading states with a cleaner responsive design.
    • Improved sidebar layouts and breakpoint behavior across screen sizes.
    • Updated branding, typography, colors, and token avatar styling for a consistent visual experience.

app/src/app/(home)/loading.tsx, app/src/app/(home)/page.tsx, app/src/app/t/[chain]/[token]/page.tsx, app/src/components/HeaderNav.tsx, app/src/components/Skeleton.tsx, app/src/components/ConnectButton.tsx
Home and sidebar breakpoints, header navigation, network status display, loading skeletons, sticky offsets, and mobile route state were updated.
Launchpad hero and listing structure
app/src/components/launchpad/LaunchHero.tsx, app/src/components/launchpad/LiveTotals.tsx, app/src/components/launchpad/LaunchList.tsx, app/src/components/launchpad/LaunchRow.tsx, app/src/components/launchpad/TrendingStrip.tsx, app/src/components/launchpad/ChainBadge.tsx
The hero, totals, launch table, rows, trending cards, and chain labels were restructured with new responsive layouts and presentation styles.
Launchpad component theme integration
app/src/components/launchpad/{HoldersPanel,LaunchForm,Mark,MobileBuyBar,PriceChart,TokenAvatar,TradePanel}.tsx
Launchpad controls and status elements now use semantic theme tokens. Token avatars use neutral fallback tiles. Price charts synchronize colors with the system color scheme.

Estimated code review effort: 3 (Moderate) | ~25 minutes

Merge Risk: 🔵 Low · up to 26e74

The visual refresh preserves application flows, but the home sidebar changes layout after loading at intermediate viewport widths. Aligning the loading layout before merge will prevent this user-visible reflow.

Complete the TokenAvatar prop removal.

The implementation no longer uses token, but the props type still requires it. This leaves the component contract inconsistent. Remove token from the type and update current callers together, or retain it deliberately as a compatibility prop.

🎯 Functional Correctness | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick win

Keep the loading sidebar layout in sync.

From sm through <xl, this sidebar uses a two-column grid. app/src/app/(home)/loading.tsx still uses a single space-y-4 column, so the sidebar changes width and card positions when loading completes.

Apply the same responsive classes to the loading sidebar.

Proposed fix
