Zarko

Zarko is a CSV parsing library for Zig.

It provides a small, configurable parser for CSV data, with support for:

Configurable field separators
Quoted fields
Escaped quotes
Configurable quote characters
Configurable line endings
Parsing CSV data from memory
Allocator-aware parsed records
