docs: align the docs with the board and milestone rules - #70
Conversation
The coarse type is carried by the type:bug / type:feature labels. Ready is computed by the status sync and does not mean an issue can be picked up; In Progress is set when a pull request is linked. ADR-0007 is marked partially superseded, and the ADR lifecycle and index show partial supersession. Milestones are M1-M4. The drift list records these changes and no longer gives line counts. issue-writing says to add the type:bug / type:feature label for Bug and Feature issues. milestone-planning describes the M1-M4 checkpoints. release-management checks open p0/p1 issues before a release instead of querying a version milestone. The drift list names both skills. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

The ADR skill and template allow "Accepted. Partially superseded <date>: ...". The issue-writing examples and CONTRIBUTING say to add the type:bug / type:feature label by hand. The milestone row is named Delivery checkpoint, and release versions are git tags. The bootstrap notes cover the v0.1.0 milestone left by earlier runs. Before the first release `git describe --tags` finds no tag, and the release check listed an empty commit range. It now lists every commit up to origin/main in that case. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

An open p0/p1 defect blocks a release while it is still present in what origin/main would release, even when it came in before the last tag. The check fetches origin and its tags before computing the commit range. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
