Description
LDCOOL creates folders and files in curation storage when getting data or metadata for an article on Figshare. It also sets permissions for the files and folders, even when moving folders from one level to another. Currently, LDCOOL grants read and write permissions to "others". Permissions for the others need to be removed.
Steps To Reproduce
Run get_data or move_next command on an item, then check the permission for "others"
