Theme and template updates - 2024

Updated theme and template files to:

• Add Aeon request functionality for ALA (in the ala templates and the ala_redo and arlis themes) and University Archives (in the illinois templates and the library_web and sousa2 themes)
• Update Aeon request feature to improve accessibility (ala, ihlc, rbml, and illinois templates)
• Update arlis theme to provide an option to reload in the ALA database (ala_redo theme) and provide more information on the landing page about ARLIS
• Add custom pages for assessing location entry data in ALA (ala_redo theme)
• Add custom page to list possible Lincoln-related collections in IHLC (ihlc theme)
• Add custom pages for testing migration options for AtoM (ala_redo, ihlc, library_web, and rbml themes); note that this approach was primarily for testing of AtoM in spring 2024 and the csv exports were never finalized to support a formal migration process (includes files in a directory called "vendor" with code to support converting html to markdown, since the some of the fields in the Archon data were in html but AtoM needed them to be in markdown format)
• Preliminary work on options to export metadata for digital files stored in Archon (custom pages on library_web theme)
